What we do

Honoring Tradition, Strengthening Community

We walk alongside Elders, families, and communities in Minnesota’s tribal nations—honoring traditions, supporting wellness, and strengthening the path of aging with dignity. Our work is rooted in respect for the Native way of life and guided by relationships with the 11 federally recognized tribes and urban Native communities across the state.
